PT. ICS Group held an Outbound activity at Coban Talun Batu on November 27 2022. This activity is regularly held by PT. ICS GROUP at the end of each Annual Meeting each year, as a form of Building Team to be able to increase employee morale and dedication in future programs.
In a series of outbound activities, participants are invited to take part in game activities that involve the interaction of all participants. This is expected to remove all boundaries, both directors and employees, so that they can work together in a unified vision. In addition, in this event, the participants were given motivation so that they could revive the spirit and unity of all elements of the institution.
In addition to helping improve individual soft skills, outbound training programs are also designed to raise awareness about the benefits and importance of togetherness and working collectively (teamwork) in the context of achieving common goals.

"Powerful Execution!", became the main theme in PT ICS Group's 35th anniversary event, which was celebrated on Friday, 11 November 2022. Carrying out this theme and still carrying the atmosphere of Heroes' Day filled ICS people with enthusiasm. PT ICS Group is even 35 years old, where this company was born in 1987 and has been exporting to various countries until now.

Taking place in several units (Sidoarjo, Tuban, Rembang, and Banyuwangi), Friday, 11/11/2022 the 35th PT ICS Group thanksgiving event was held. We are committed to becoming a leading world-class sharia company and growing to become a company that is beneficial for people. Management advised all ICS personnel to be able to exert full power on this birthday, let's execute with full force.

In the series of celebrations for the 35th anniversary, the cutting of the tumpeng is the main event which symbolizes gratitude for the achievement of PT ICS at 35 this year. In addition, what is important is that PT ICS introduces the 35th anniversary logo and work uniform design, which is expected to be a refresher and an encouragement new enthusiasm for work.

Anniversary 35 Years "Powerful Execution"

The development of potential human resources (HR) for companies is very necessary to increase the potential of employees to carry out their daily tasks. As an employee, you should develop according to the needs and developments of time. The form of increasing human resources can be done through training, seminars, gatherings and others.

Company HR (sharia compliance) training is needed to increase work morale and develop employee skills. Any company, will carry out training as a form of facility and upgrading the capabilities of its employees.

PT ICS Group as a seafood export and domestic company is very concerned about improving the capabilities and skills of its human resources. This is the first time the ICS Group has conducted a sharia-based HR development program, as it was held on 29 - 30 January 2022 in Surabaya. The HR development program carried out is understanding related to the application of sharia in the company's business. This was carried out in collaboration with MTR (No Riba Society).

This activity lasted for 2 (two) days in Surabaya, to provide understanding and capacity building, understanding related to sharia in corporate business based on Islamic spiritual values ​​(sharia). This event is intended to be like the company's vision "to become a World Class Sharia Company".

Syariah Compliance Implementation Training 2022

MALANG – PT ICS Group held the 2022 Annual Meeting at the Meeting Room Horison Trunojoyo Hotel Batu - Malang with full optimism and enthusiasm, for 3 days starting from 25 to 27 November 2022.
Carrying the theme “Powerful Execuiton!” The coordination meeting was attended by 25 operational employees in all company units.
It was symbolically opened with the beating of a gavel by the Main Director of PT ICS group Firdaus Rahman Moeslim and accompanied by the Board of Directors of PT ICS Group.
In his speech the President Director of PT. The ICS Group conveyed the company's achievements and expectations from the 2022 Annual Meeting. He added that all achievements are expected to produce maximum final results which in the end will make a good contribution to the company.
The opening of the 2022 annual meeting was followed by a presentation of directions from PT. ICS Group.
